City Target (I saw one being put together in Chicago last week!) is opening soon in Seattle. This is a new trend for “Mega-Merchandisers” in which they take a smaller square-footage, increase the price a bit (off-setting the rent, they say), and we have peaceable mega-stores in the city. I ❤ it!

This bill may be a go. Lots of press, including Free Government Information and Sunlight Foundation. For those unfamiliar with CRS (the Congressional Research Service), they “provide political and legal analysis to committees and Members of both the House and Senate, regardless of party affiliation.”
